Enter your guest’s contact details, number of booked nights and the host’s contact information to create a direct booking in iGMS. Within a few seconds, the system will create a thread to chat with the guest via the iGMS inbox. You can access the thread by clicking on the reservation in the multi-calendar, or by entering the direct booking code in the inbox search bar. All the presets for the booked property’s automated templates and triggered messaging will perform as scheduled as if it were a regular booking from one of the OTAs.
