iGMS is an integration partner with DPGO – an AI-driven dynamic pricing software that sets the daily pricing and availability rates based on the continuous analysis of your competitors, target market demand, and 900+ other parameters essential for your listings’ success.
The integration applies DPGO pricing strategies to every iGMS channel with the API connection: Airbnb, HomeAway/Vrbo, and Booking.com. To make it happen, before connecting DPGO to iGMS, you need to group listings of the same property on iGMS.
You can complete the integration from iGMS or DPGO. Whatever option you choose, ensure you have logged in to your iGMS account first. This way, connection to the DPGO pricing platform will be the most secure and seamless.
How do I complete the integration within the iGMS interface?
- If you haven’t integrated any pricing tools with iGMS yet, in the Property Editor, go to the Pricing tab and click on the Integrate button.
If you have integrated PriceLabs before, then in the Pricing tab of the Property Editor, click on the three dots across the Dynamic pricing title. Click Connect another tool.
In the Dynamic pricing tools sidebar click on Connect under the DPGO title.
2. Next, allow DPGO to access and operate with Pricing management settings on iGMS: Calendars data, Suggest prices, Minimum stay & availability.
3. You will get redirected to the DPGO account, and upon successful connection, you will see the status as Complete.
If you are new to DPGO, you will be asked to follow a quick registration process to complete the integration.
Once you have completed the initial integration, for other properties on iGMS, you just need to enable the DPGO pricing tool in the Pricing tab of the Property Editor.
How do I complete the integration within the DPGO interface?
If you already have an account with DPGO:
- Sign in to your DPGO account, go to the Accounts tab.
- Click on Connect account.
- From the drop-down menu, select iGMS and click on the Select button.
- Once redirected to the next screen, allow DPGO access to your iGMS account data: Tasks, Messages, Listings, Direct booking, Pricing management.
- On the successful connection, you will see the status as Complete.
If you are new to DPGO:
- Click on the Sign up for FREE button
- Next, click on the Let’s connect account button
- From the drop-down menu, select iGMS and click on the Select button.
- Once redirected to the next screen, allow DPGO access to your iGMS account data: Tasks, Messages, Listings, Direct booking, Pricing management.
- On the successful connection, you will see the status as Complete.
Please, be patient while the system is connecting all the listings on iGMS to DPGO. It won’t take long but it is important that you stay on the page and don’t close your connection window. Depending on the number of the listings, the progress will be displayed down the page.
Where can I see my DPGO pricing and availability rates in iGMS?
Once the initial sync is successfully completed and DPGO pricing and availability settings have been shared with iGMS, you can see them in the iGMS Multi-calendar and Single Property Calendar.
Note that the frequency of synchronization of DPGO rates to iGMS is controlled by DPGO and cannot be adjusted manually on iGMS. If you are experiencing any issues with the rate synchronization, you can contact the DPGO support team.

How can I disable DPGO suggested rates for a property on iGMS?
On iGMS, in the Property Editor, go to the Pricing tab, switch to the Disabled pricing tool mode. Click Save to apply the settings.
Note that disabling DPGO for a property on iGMS means that DPGO’s suggested rates will no longer apply to it and won’t get pushed to the respective listings of the property. However the property will be considered active on DPGO and will be subject to charges according to your DPGO subscription. You would need to switch the property manually on the DPGO site, so the platform would stop charging you for it. For more information, contact the DPGO support team.
How can I disconnect my iGMS account from DPGO?
In iGMS, the iGMS<->DPGO connection will be indicated in the iGMS user profile settings, the Websites&Apps tab. Once there, follow these steps:
- Click on the DPGO logo.
- On your right-hand side, in the unfold tab, click Revoke access.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
