How to integrate PriceLabs with iGMS?

The integration with PriceLabs, a dynamic pricing software, allows you to apply suggested pricing strategies and min stay rules across all the connected channels: Airbnb, HomeAway, Vrbo, and Booking.com. 

PriceLabs is perfect for managing vacation and short-term rentals’ prices and availability, based on data-driven insight, automation rules, and customization.

Before you go to the PriceLabs platform and enable the connection with iGMS, make sure that the iGMS properties have a correct geographical location. PriceLabs will use this information to manage your properties’ pricing and availability.

Note: To complete the integration, you need a working PriceLabs account.

How to import iGMS listings to PriceLabs?

1. On your PriceLabs dashboard, click on the blue ‘Add your listings’ button. Select iGMS from the drop-down menu and click on the ‘Connect with iGMS’ button.

2. Next, you will be redirected to the iGMS website to approve the connection with PriceLabs.

3.  After allowing access, you will be taken back to your PriceLabs account. You will see the notification that your account is successfully connected to iGMS and your iGMS listings will appear on your PriceLabs dashboard.

4. On the iGMS site, you need to grant PriceLabs access to every property that you want PriceLabs to manage. Go to the Property Editor, switch to the Pricing tab and turn the PriceLabs toggle on.

Note that the PriceLabs rates won’t appear on iGMS if the toggle is switched off.

Once PriceLabs’ access is enabled for your properties on iGMS, go to your PriceLabs dashboard, check if you are satisfied with your recommended rates, toggle on the switch sync in PriceLabs and wait for the regular nightly sync, or click on the ‘Sync now!’ button to send your rates and min stay settings to iGMS.

Where can I see my PriceLabs rates and min stay information in iGMS?

Once the initial sync is successfully completed and PriceLabs’ rates and min stay rules have been shared with iGMS, you can see them in the iGMS Multi-calendar and Single Property Calendar.

Note that PriceLabs rates and min stay rules get synchronized to iGMS every 4 hours. The frequency of the sync processes is regulated by PriceLabs and cannot be adjusted manually on iGMS. If you are experiencing any issues with the price synchronization, you can contact the PriceLabs support team.
