Credit Bonuses Program for Hosts: Terms and Conditions

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• New iGMS users who register with iGMS between May 1st and May 31st, 2020 will be able to apply for the Credit Program.
• New iGMS users can redeem Credit Bonuses for the PRO Annual and PRO Monthly Subscription plans only. 
• To acquire the Credit Bonuses, new users have to integrate at least 1 account, provide credit card details and pricing plan selected in the Profile section no later than on the 14th day after completing the registration via the iGMS system (within a free trial period). 
• Credit Bonuses are earned depending on the number of active properties integrated via iGMS. An active property is one listed vacation rental unit that is displayed in the Multi-calendar. The maximum credit is calculated according to this progressive scale:

A user can refer to the Multi-calendar section to see the actual number of active properties after connecting all the accounts to the iGMS platform.

CREDIT BONUSES REDEMPTION

• iGMS users can redeem Credit Bonuses until August 1st, 2020 (this means that Credit Bonuses will only be applied for the May, June and July billing cycles). After this, all Credit Bonuses will expire. 
• The iGMS billing team will confirm the Credit Bonuses via email in 3 business days after the credit card details have been provided in the Profile section. If a user adds, unlists, or removes properties to/from iGMS platform after the Credit Bonuses are confirmed, this will not affect the Credit Bonuses. 
• Credit Bonuses are applied to a user’s monthly invoice. If the cost of credit bonuses exceeds the costs of iGMS services, the outstanding bonuses will be transferred to the next billing period.

Example: A new user signs up to iGMS, connects 10 properties to iGMS, and chooses the PRO Annual Subscription. Taking into account the number of listed units, he/she is eligible to acquire $500 of bonuses. During the next month, 8 properties got reservations. This means that the monthly invoice for the period totals $160 (8*$20) and is covered by the bonuses. Moreover, the user still has access to $340 bonuses which he/she can use in the future. 

GENERAL TERMS

• The offer is limited and is valid from May 1st until May 31st, 2020.
• The offer may not be combined with any other promotion, coupon offer, or discount. The free 14-day trial is still granted. 
• The Credit Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another iGMS account.
• If any fraudulent activity or data manipulation is suspected with iGMS accounts, the applicant will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
• The Credit Bonuses cannot be used for inactive accounts with no properties or properties which had no reservations during the billing period.
