Here at iGMS, September will be long remembered for our public rolling out of the Booking.com integration and the launch of our  Payment Processing functionality. 🚀 Top improvements:

• Official Airbnb API connection has been updated to its latest version. You can now upgrade it by clicking on the “Upgrade Connection” button in the Accounts & Listings tab.

• Availability & pricing data are now transferred from HomeAway/Airbnb to Booking.com upon grouping the properties💡
• Support for unicode characters, letters and symbols, has been enabled for Booking.com property titles.
• Communicating with your direct bookings guests became easier: whether you already chatted with a guest or just created the reservation, you can access the iGMS Inbox thread with them by just clicking on their reservation in the Multi-calendar. 📧
• The button to register for the iGMS weekly product webinar is now featured in the main menu panel. Now you can save your seat right from your iGMS account.

• The New Multi-calendar’s overall performance and usability have been improved. It now loads and updates the data noticeably faster. 
• Team members without Financial View permissions are now disabled from seeing the financial details in the Reservation Card.
• The Weekend Price rule when set in the Listing editor will overwrite the value that had been set manually. The respective warning about it is displayed when the weekend price is changed.
• iGMS API now allows sending messages to threads without a reservation.

📌 Our technical support team has been really busy too! Here’s what they’ve fixed during the month of September:

• Fixed sending images to Airbnb guests. Now, whether sent with an auto-template or manually, they will be displayed in high resolution.

• Fixed an issue with checklists not getting attached to auto-generated cleaning visits. Now every new cleaning upon checkout gets scheduled with the preset checklist.
• Corrected an error when currency went missing after setting a price for a specific date on the Multi-calendar. Now the information gets pulled and displayed with no interruption💰
• Improved payment breakdown display in the itinerary. Now it’s shown in a proper way for every reservation.
• Fixed an error when a team member without the Guest communication permission could click on a reservation and be directed to the Inbox thread🧵
• Improved performance of the ‘Sync Now’ feature. Now, once clicked, the button ensures proper sync running for the account.
• Fixed an error when completed cleaning visits wouldn’t show on the Multi-calendar. Now they are displayed as expected💪

• Corrected behavior of the Hide prices feature. Now, when enabled, it hides the financial information on the Multi-calendar from the team members with no Financial view permission💲
• Fixed an error with the page freezing when connecting a new Airbnb account, adding a new credit card or creating a new iGMS account. Now the pages load properly✔️
• Сorrected an issue with the total price calculation for direct bookings. Now, the value is displayed as a sum of the daily rates for every booked night.
• Improved the date picker performance in the New Multi-calendar. Now, it shows the future dates as well as the past ones 🗓️
• Fixed an error when min stay value was shown randomly. Now it shows for every day in the New Multi-calendar.

• Fixed an issue with the Properties tab. Now, it loads every property, whether it was created on iGMS or synced from Airbnb/HomeAway/Booking.com.
• Corrected an issue where discounts displayed in the multi-calendar didn’t apply to the total charge of booked nights💱
• Improved performance of the multiselect feature in the New Multi-Calendar. Now, by clicking on one date and dragging it along the line, you can select multiple dates at once for managing the availability.
