• We have a new and improved engine running behind the Inbox section which speeds the performance up. Your communication with guests should now be smoother than ever ✉️
• Good news for Airbnb hosts! Now the last-minute and early-bird discounts for Airbnb listings are available in the iGMS Listing Editor.

• Just take a good look at our Reservations report! We’ve added a new filter so you can check your performance by property and see which platform performs better 💯
• Our Monthly Revenue report has also been upgraded. Now you can see your performance by properties, listings, or both. What’s more, iGMS now checks if your revenue matches the transaction history. 

🛠️ Here’s what our technical support team has fixed and patched up during the month of May:

• The Recheck button would not work sometimes for some Airbnb accounts without any obvious reasons. Now it’s fixed and working as expected.
• We had a problem with special offers showing incorrect properties. The issue has been resolved, and now you can send special offers to your guests as usual.

• A minor issue with not all available currencies being displayed for direct booking reservations was reported to us. The bug is squashed, and now you can see the full list 💱
• If you could not find recently received messages in the Inbox threads, it was because of a pesky bug that we have already fixed. Everything is working as expected now! 
• Some users experienced a bit of trouble selecting a dynamic pricing integration. We’ve resolved the issue, and now you can employ the advanced dynamic pricing tools easily.
• The dates would not get blocked on Airbnb if there was an instant book on another listing in the group. Now you can rest assured that the dates are properly blocked everywhere.
• We fixed an issue when it was not possible to find reservations starting and ending after the selected months in the Reservations and Monthly Revenue reports 💲
• The problem with adding a guest email to direct booking reservations when it was missing in the Inbox is resolved.

• Airbnb has recently made some changes in their official connection resulting in some minor issues and inconveniences, such as auto-message delays. But our tech team has caught up with all the changes and made sure that everything is running smoothly now 👷
• Sometimes you could have found a deleted thread or a conversation with a guest in your Inbox. We fixed the bug, and now once something is deleted, it’s deleted completely.
• We have prevented old threads from appearing in the tickets queue for PROtrack users.
