FINANCIAL SUPPORT TERMS

• New users who register with iGMS between March 27th and May 31st, 2020 will be able to use the full functionality of the iGMS software (PRO Plan) until May 31st.
• To use the offer the user needs to provide credit card details and pricing plan selected in the Profile section no later than on the 14th day after completing the registration(after regular free trial) via the iGMS system. No charges will be applied for March, April, and May of 2020.
• If the billing details are not provided, a new user with less than 5 properties can use and will be moved to our Free plan after 14 days of registering and PRO plan usage.
• Once the customer provides credit card details and pricing plan selected, he/she will again be moved to the PRO plan and be eligible to use it for free till the end of May 31st. 

DEEP ONBOARDING + DATA MIGRATION SERVICE

• The service is available for new clients with 5+ properties only if they currently use other property management software. 
• The service includes a) One-hour setup session with partial data transfer. b) Data migration from the current provider (if requested by a client) by our Customer Experience team which includes: connecting Airbnb and HomeAway accounts, transferring message templates, merging Airbnb and HomeAway properties using our channel manager.
  

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

• iGMS will not share your personal data such as email, login, and password of your Airbnb, HomeAway and other accounts to any third-party companies.
• Any personal data required for the service will be used by iGMS for the migration service within approximately 5 business days (for the period of data migration).
• iGMS will remove all personal data that is not related to the operation of the iGMS platform right after the transfer has been successfully completed.
• You may refuse to provide any personal data to iGMS for data transfer. In such cases, the offer for data migration is considered to be provided after the one-hour setup session.

GENERAL TERMS

• The offer is limited and is valid from March 27th until May 31st, 2020.
• Only new iGMS users registered within the special offer period are eligible to use the offer. 
• The offer may not be combined with any other promotion, coupon offer or discount.
